We’ve had an early taste of some hot weather. As we careen toward the summer solstice (ideally, without things going heat-dome-shaped), we have a sizzling lineup of projects either on the go or just ramping up.

We could get used to this strange new thing called sunshine that’s decided to show up at last! Let’s all give ourselves a hand for getting through some soggy, cold months — and get ready to cook!

Okay, well, there’s not really any chocolate inside this issue, but here’s hoping that April brings you plenty! We are hopping busy. For many of our clients, March 31 was fiscal year end, so they've been moving heaven and earth to get projects wrapped up — or at least started!

March is full of good things, one of which is spring. Yes, we’re nearing the end of the icy cold, navigating seasonal nasties such as taxes and frantic public sector fiscal year-end timelines, but we can see the light at the end of the wintry tunnel!

With its wee size, February can trip a person up. You think you’re on track to fit all your tasks in by month end, and suddenly it is month end. What are you getting up to this February?

It’s that time of year again… stock-taking and resolving and repeatedly mis-typing the date. Yes, it’s 2023, darn it. And what does 2023 have in store? For Limestone, it’s a steady stream of interesting projects. We’re also packing the customary round-up of L&D news, including some anticipated L&D events for 2023 if you’re in a travelling mood.

It’s… raining (and sometimes even snowing) — at least at Limestone HQ, anyhow! So endeth our longest summer ever, if you include the last balmy month — and we probably do, given that many of us were frolicking in 26°C weather up until a short while ago. So, what do we do now? Just stay inside? It seems a bit unreasonable, but we might just have to. And that’s okay, because we have lots on our plate at Limestone.
