Stephanie Jutras — Co-founder, Managing Partner
Stephanie has over 25 years’ experience in the design, development and presentation of successful interactive learning programs. She is well-versed in conceptualizing and determining direction, vision and strategy for elearning, blended learning, mobile learning, face-to-face training and self-study learning projects.
As an accomplished people and project manager with extensive client service experience, Stephanie works with both external and internal stakeholders to oversee projects to their completion. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) and The Learning Guild.
Stephanie has her CTDP certification with I4PL, has ATD certificates in Advanced eLearning Instructional Design and Human Performance Improvement, and is a certified ATD Master Instructional Designer.
Tristan Jutras — Managing Partner
With a background in learning development, broadcasting, video production, and web, multimedia and learning design, Tristan has over 25 years’ experience working on online training, marketing and communications for public sector organizations, local startups and global brands.
Tristan works with prospective and existing clients to understand their project requirements and collaborates with other Limestone senior team members to craft learning solutions that best suit the needs of client organizations and their learners.
Prior to his role as Managing Partner at Limestone Learning, Tristan managed teams of writers producing online customer education content, produced several seasons of technology education TV, web and radio shows, and taught digital media several courses as an instructor at The University of British Columbia, British Columbia Institute of Technology and Capilano University. He continues to help educate the public on tech issues as a speaker and guest lecturer, contributor to stories for various news outlets, and producer and host of weekly livestreams/podcasts and other video segments.
Paula Yunker — Co-founder Emeritus, Senior Learning Consultant
Paula has extensive experience in the fields of adult education, performance management and project management. Working in the industry for over 30 years, Paula has provided innovative and relevant learning solutions to small businesses, corporate clients, and government agencies in a variety of industries. Applying her expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, learning evaluation, and project management, Paula’s learning solutions, tools and processes have measurably enhanced employee performance. She has also facilitated lively and informative training and conference sessions across Canada and the U.S.
A member of ATD, I4PL and The Learning Guild, Paula is a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional and has CTDP certification with I4PL.
