The Brandon Hall Group 2015 State of Leadership Development Study identified “building a culture of performance” as the top driver of leadership development. And performance culture depends on leaders being in the right place at the right time with just the right amount of know-how. Alarmingly, only 31 percent of organizations have that leadership mix. The other 69 percent are more than twice as likely to report lower levels of revenue and customer loyalty.

The study, along with findings from DDI’s Global Leadership Forecast, found that the criticality of high-performance leadership is the difference between sustained business success and poor organizational performance or worse, organizational collapse. In this session, the presenters will:
